1. Services Offered

We provide domestic and international shipping, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and cargo handling services. All transactions are subject to these terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • · Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on customs, logistics, or force majeure events.

  • · Daran Enterprise Shipping is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs holds, or natural events.

3. Loss or Damage

  • · We inspect all cargo upon receipt. Clients are responsible for confirming the condition of goods upon delivery.

  • · Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting documentation.

  • · Unless insured, our liability is limited to the declared value or a nominal amount as determined by Jamaican law.

4. Prohibited Goods

Clients agree not to ship items restricted by Jamaican customs or international regulations, including hazardous, illegal, or counterfeit goods.

5. Payment Terms

  • · All fees are due prior to release or delivery of goods unless otherwise agreed.

  • · Unclaimed packages may incur storage fees or be disposed of after 30 days.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Jamaican courts.
